Refund policy

Most items are accepted for a full refund if returned in their original condition within 15 days. We will accept returns on most items for up to 30 days in exchange for store credit. All custom and customized pieces are nonreturnable. A selection of ring styles are not eligible for a refund and may only be returned for store credit within 30 days. Gifts may be returned for store credit only. To return or exchange your purchase or gift, please call (845) 684-5185 or email customerservice@chefridi.com before sending jewelry to the studio.
